Now that I've been using it for more than 4 months I can tell it => super very good value for the money ! The 14c28n blade is excellent, gets a super good edge super sharp easily, retains it quite well (much better than what I thought!) I totally agree with Kneeves Knifes, 14c28n is a super good entry level steel !!! The knife is quite thin, great slicer, still it fits well in my big hands. Highly recommend it !

Très bonne qualité, bonne prise en main , mais on ne ressent pas la qualité au touché io faut l'utiliser pour s'en rendre compte
