An undisputed winner in every category: immediate robust feel, the weight matches "older" quality standards it's true but I'm too old to not disfy the actual "lightweight" in the pro's column. Too light usually means too lightly built too IMHO. The knife is actually polished to high levels, and that is not really the best way to hide any defect in the making. So I feel totally confident in the overall quality, so for the action : fluid and precise in every way. It's absolutely sharp and to say all I find it gorgeous! What else? Oh,yes the price is quite low for such a nice piece of cutlery.
